Let’s start with the make-up basics. For those who are first time make-up wearers the process may seem overwhelming. This thirty minute consultation and application shares the knowledge and tools to apply makeup correctly. Let us teach young ladies who may just be learning about makeup what a “fresh face” is all about. (Ages 11-17).
